TEXTCADE

Privacy Policy

Effective August 4, 2026

Textcade is an indie game. We collect as little as possible, we never sell data, and there are no ads or third-party trackers in the app.

Accounts

When you first launch Textcade, an anonymous account is created automatically so your progress can be backed up. It contains no personal information — just a random identifier.

You can optionally connect Sign in with Apple to keep your progress across devices. We request no name and no email address from Apple — only the anonymous Apple identifier used to recognize your account.

What we store

This data is stored with our backend provider, Supabase, on servers in the United States. It is used only to save and restore your game progress.

What we don't do

Deleting your data

You can delete your account at any time from inside the app (Account → Delete account & data). This immediately and permanently removes your account and all server-side data. Progress saved locally on your device is kept unless you delete the app.

Children

Textcade does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Accounts are anonymous by default and no personal details are required to play.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new effective date.
