Terms of Service
The deal
Textcade is a game. By playing it you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
License
You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play Textcade on devices you own. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the app or its content.
Accounts
An anonymous account is created for you automatically to back up progress; you may optionally connect Sign in with Apple. You're responsible for the device access that controls your account. You can delete your account and its server data at any time from inside the app.
Virtual items and currency
Coins, XP, pieces, gear, and any other in-game items are virtual. They have no cash value, are not redeemable for money, and can't be transferred or sold. Purchased items are a license to use those items in the game, not property. Virtual balances may be adjusted or reset to fix bugs or abuse.
Fair play
Don't cheat, exploit bugs for advantage, disrupt the service, or interfere with other players. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.
Availability
Textcade's online features (progress backup, sync, purchases) are provided as-is and may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. The core game works offline.
Disclaimer & liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Textcade is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and our total liability for any claim related to the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the past twelve months.
Changes
We may update these terms; the current version always lives at this address with its effective date. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms.
